Prediction for Wildcard weekend

by thoughtfulconservative

As I did last year, I refer you to Bill Sammons instructions for betting (even though I’m not betting) on wildcard games.

Atl. at Ari. (Sat. 3:30 pm CT) Even though the Cardinals are playing at home, they have not looked impressive until last week’s win over the Seahawks. So which team shows up this week. And can they stop Michael Turner? I don’t think so. Cardinals 38, Falcons 28.

Ind. at SD (Sat 7 pm CT) Manning was hot down the stretch and the Chargers were 31st against the pass. Doesn’t look good. But the Chargers played well down the stretch also. Two hot teams, one goes on. Colts 31, Chargers 28.

Bal. at Mia. (Sun 12 pm CT) The Dolphins made a big turnaround this year. Is it enought to derail the Ravens and the big play defense? Joe Flacco has come around for the Baltimore offense. The Ravens have the defense to win. Ravens 17, Dolphins 13.

Phi. at Min. (Sun 4:30 pm CT) The Eagles looked more than impressive against the Cowboys last week to get here. Can they keep it up? The Vikings have Adrian Peterson whom the Eagles have to stop.  I don’t think they will. Vikings 24, Eagles 23

There you have it. Come back Monday and see how I did.
