Items in Google ReaderI don’t usually read Ann Coulter because she’s usually a little too red meat for me, but this one came via Dad29 (who gets a tip of the conservative cap).
When liberals start acting like they’re opposed to pre-marital sex and mothers having careers, you know McCain’s vice presidential choice has knocked them back on their heels.
But at least liberal reporters had finally found someone their own size to pick on: a 17-year-old girl.
Ouch.
Excepting of course that the reporters went after the candidate who then tried to make it look as if they went after the daughter. It’s much more about revulsion at McCain’s making a pick which would seem to go against everything he claims to be for; earmark reform, transparent and accesible government and personal responsibility just to make a play at identity politics.
The issue isn’t Bristol’s Belly no matter how hard Charlie wants us to believe it is. It’s about McCain’s precipitous actions and lack of care when making decisions.
